Head cradle

60-day returns
Changed your mind? Email us within 60 days of delivery and we send you a return authorization. Send the pillow back (return shipping is on you) and we refund the product price once it arrives. If it arrives damaged, defective or wrong, we replace it or refund you in full and you keep it.
Questions
Which side should I sleep on?
Both work. Lie on your back with your head in the center hollow, or turn onto your side and rest your head on one of the wings. The arm cut-outs leave room for an arm under the pillow.
How do I choose between the two heights?
Turn the pillow around. The higher edge suits most side sleepers and broader shoulders; the lower edge suits most back sleepers. Give each a few nights before deciding.
Why does it arrive rolled up?
The pillow ships compressed and vacuum-packed so it travels in a small box. Open the bag and give the foam 24–48 hours to recover its full shape.
Does new memory foam have a smell?
New foam can have a light scent when it comes out of its packaging. Let it air out for a day before using it.
Can I wash it?
The cover unzips and can be washed. The foam itself should not go in the washer.
Is this a medical device?
No. It is a sleep pillow. If you have pain or a medical condition, talk to your doctor.
Can I return it if I just don't like it?
Yes. You have 60 days from delivery. Email info@eme-usa.shop with your order number, we send you a return authorization and the return address, and we refund the product price when the pillow arrives. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Damaged, defective or wrong items are on us.
